A Yahoo! Women In Tech group member recently shared this video with me, and I had to share it with my fellow FWLers.  Watch Pascale Diaine of Orange Labs sit down with some of the most noteworthy and inspirational women in Silicon Valley to discuss their successes as women in technical positions.

Thanks for sharing Megan! I met Pascale at the Ruby workshop for women two weekends ago, hosted at and sponsored partly by Orange Labs. Orange Labs is doing so much to help women in science and engineering- it's really great. I want to work there!

Thank you for sharing this Youtube video with us, I appreciate your efforts and dedication for follow women professionals.

I am involved with a mentoring partnership program in Mississauga, Toronto to help new graduates finding career path. I answer the frequent asked questions by writing a post about the issue. It is very important that successful women leaders to mentor younger women as it said in the video. I would highly recommend future women leader to my audience. Thanks.
