Women Leader That Inspires You? I am inspired by Hillary Clinton's oomph and willingness to put herself out there.

I am inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert who stayed true to her path to ultimately find her passion and purpose.

I am inspired by Oprah Winfrey who rose from the ashes to create an empire that empowers others through knowledge and understanding.

Who Was Your Best Manager? Why? Karen Michael. She believed in me when others didn't. She stood for me, mentored me and respected me.

Your First "Real" Job? My first real job was in my early twenties, as the receptionist in my university's Telecommunications Department. That turned out to be the beginning of a ten year career. Before leaving that career, I was a Telecomm Manager for a nationwide semi-conductor company here in Silicon Valley.

Where Do You Do Your Best Thinking? I do my best thinking while camped out on my living room sofa with a bottle of water and fruit/veggies near-by. Add soft music and a couple of lighted candles and you've got my ideal environment for creativity and deep thought!

What Do You Value Most in Employees? Colleagues? I value integrity the most. This includes authenticity... being real and giving it to me straight.

What Would You Like to Be the World's Best At? Empowering women through fears that block them from who they are and keep them stuck in a life they don't enjoy!

What Do You Consider Your Greatest Achievement? Creating a successful life coaching practice that facilitates personal growth in women globally.

What Is Your Personal Mission Statement? Live, Laugh, Love! It's that simple.
