Much is expected of leaders today and it can be challenging to get it all done. However, if we learn to evoke excellence in others we can not only improve overall productivity but we can also empower our employees, partners and colleagues to reach their goals as well.

In this 2-hour interactive "Coaching for Brilliance" workshop you will learn how to evoke excellence in others by practicing the elements of conversation that great leaders use to create brilliant results. Whether you want to coach your employees more effectively or simply want to incorporate a coaching style into your day-to-day interactions, this workshop will show you how.

About the Speaker: Heather Andersen is the Co-Founder and President of Brilliance Inc., a coaching and training company focused on developing leaders. As a coach and facilitator she partners with business leaders to help them be successful. She helps them recognize and leverage their strengths as well as cultivate the natural abilities of those around them. She brings a decade of expertise to her work with clients, creating positive results and developing greater capacities. With her roots in leadership development and cross-cultural communication, Heather works with clients to help them enhance their ability to connect and communicate with others most effectively, allowing them to engage others as a compelling, inspiring, leaders. Heather has coached and consulted with a wide range of fortune 500 clients around the world. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia, she brings extensive international business experience to her work with individuals and teams. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of New Hampshire, and an MSBA in International Business with a focus on Cross-cultural Communication from San Francisco State University. She is a Professional Certified Coach through New Ventures West, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach training program.
