Laura Maish is the creator of Empower Interviewing (EI), a simple yet effective roadmap to help business professionals get prepared for a successful interview. Laura has had significant experience on both sides of the hiring and interview process in her 28 years as an executive in the financial services industry and senior account manager at a leading consulting services firm. Laura's unique interviewing approach comes from her own hands on experience transitioning between 5 banks, 1 investment company and 1 consulting company both as a corporate employee and a consultant. She teaches other business professionals how to interview successfully through individual coaching, workshops and webinars.
